Certified Wine Specialist Exam

The Cleveland Wine School will proctor the Certified Wine Specialist exam in 2009.  Offered by the Society of Wine Educators, the Certified Wine Specialist (CWS) exam was designed for the wine industry by a team of industry wine educators. The program covers core principles and fundamentals of wine required to work within the industry including viticulture, vinification, grape varieties, labeling laws and common wine faults.

Exam Dates:
        March 23, 2009 at 6pm
        June 2, 2009 at 6pm
        October 6, 2009 at 6pm
