French Wine Academy

On April 30th, the Cleveland Wine School will launch a new series developed by the French Wine Academy . The French Wine Academy is a consumer-oriented curriculum on French wines designed by the French Wine Society, a non-profit organization. The organization’s mission is to introduce Americans to the quality and diversity of French wines. The four-course series includes a power point presentation, customized student workbook and a tasting of 8 French wines each class. Regions covered Include Alsace , Jura and Savoie/Loire Valley/Bordeaux/Champagne/Rhone Valley/Burgundy/Beaujolais/Southern France. See Course Calendar for times and dates.
