Registration

To enroll in a Leisure Class at the American Wine School, please call 216-831-9919 or download the registration form and e-mail it to mfrantz@americanwineschool.com

• Deadline for enrolling in the class is 24-hours prior to the first class meeting. Space is limited.
• If you cancel your enrollment at least one week prior to the first class meeting, you will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee.
• Advanced payment in full is required for all courses.
• Payment may be made with American Express, Mastercard, Visa or personal check.
• All candidates must be at least (21) twenty-one years old to sit for the class. A photo ID with date of birth will be required to sit for the exam.
