Immersion Classes

For students living outside of the Cleveland area, the American Wine School offers a comprehensive weekend immersion program. During the weekend, immersion students attend a series of four classes including a four-course food and wine-pairing luncheon. Classes begin Friday night with Wine 101: How to Taste and continue Saturday with a mid-morning Varietals Class, an afternoon Food & Wine Pairing class followed by an intensive Wines of the World class.

Classes are sold as a packaged series with the exception of Wine 101: How to Taste, which may be taken individually space permitting. Dates and pricing vary depending on host city.
